Refunds/Exchanges/Credit Notes
We accept exchange or credit note on all full price purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We accept exchange or credit note on all Pre-Ordered purchases with 48 hours of confirmation of your Pre Order.
We will only provide a refund if the item is faulty and will refund the full sale amount minus shipping charges via the original payment method.
Please note that measurements vary slightly depending on garment style.
No exchange or return on Sale items as all sales are final.
No exchange or return on Swim Wear, Jewellery, Socks and Undergarments
If you would like to exchange or return a product for any reason please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email your request to: info@thursdaysunday.com and a Returns Reference number will be provided to you.
Exchanged and returned items must be re-delivered in the exact original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed or dry-cleaned. We are happy for you to try your garment on however, we will not accept any items, which have been marked or damaged.
Exchange and returned items must be returned within 10 days of contacting Thursday Sunday and receiving the Returns Reference Number.
All postal costs for returned goods for an exchange or credit note are payable by the customer.
Postage will be reimbursed by Thursday Sunday only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Credit note will be equal to the total sale value (not including postage) and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Exchanged Item will be posted within 2-3 days of receipt of returned item.
Credit Note will be emailed to you within 1-2 days of receipt of returned item.
Refund (for faulty item only) will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt of the returned item and the funds should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
Thursday Sunday reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges with discretion and if it is rejected the item will be returned to you.
